WHO WE ARE

Our primary function is that of a matchmaker between entrepreneurs who are looking to buy a franchise, and strong franchise brands who are looking to grow by selling franchises.

Through innovative franchise development, sales and marketing strategies, we have a reputation of taking small emerging brands and turning them into national brands with hundreds of locations across the country each.

YOUR ROLE

Your primary responsibility is to pre-qualify and excite all leads who inquire about owning a Raintree franchise.
There is NO COLD CALLING.
Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on the business model your represent
  • Evaluate Candidates to ensure they will be a good fit
  • Collaborate with your supporting design and marketing team
  • Use our CRM to perfection
  • Communicate regularly with brand leaders
  • Represent all Raintree core values
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience 
  • Strong track record of strong sales conversions 
  • Proficient in using CRM technology
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Highly organized

In your second interview, we want to hear your skills in work! We will ask you to do a quick 2 minute elevator pitch on one of our brands. We will also answer any questions you might have on working at Raintree.
