Your primary responsibility is to pre-qualify and excite all leads who inquire about owning a Raintree franchise.

VIDEO CALL INTERVIEW
After we review your CV and determine your initial eligibility, we will reach out to set up a 30 minute video interview with you.
In your second interview, we want to hear your skills in work! We will ask you to do a quick 2 minute elevator pitch on one of our brands. We will also answer any questions you might have on working at Raintree.
If we both like each other and decide to move forward, it’s time to get to work! You’ll be assigned a brand to develop, and start training!
