WHO WE ARE
Our primary function is that of a matchmaker between entrepreneurs who are looking to buy a franchise, and strong franchise brands who are looking to grow by selling franchises.
Through innovative franchise development, sales and marketing strategies, we have a reputation of taking small emerging brands and turning them into national brands with hundreds of locations across the country each.
As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to market our franchise brands to our network of 1,500 consultants.
Become an expert on the business models you represent
Build strong relationships with franchise consultants
Work as the primary liaison and advisor to the Founders and CEOs of the brands you represent
Become an email marketing genius
Build your LinkedIn skillset and profile
Master public speaking through regular webinars
Plan and execute conferences and events (there is opportunity to travel!)
Bachelor degree in business / marketing related areas
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Proficient in using CRM technology
Excellent communication skills
Experience in building and evaluating email campaigns
Confidence taking initiative, you need to be willing to go above and beyond to drive results
